The FDU model is built upon Palantir's FDE・DS approach and represents a sustainable methodology for solving business challenges through technology. FDUs (Forward Deployed Units) embed deeply within client organizations to build deep relationships with clients and bridge technology with business, identifying root causes of challenges. The team then devises feasible solutions and executes everything from development to deployment in an integrated manner, ensuring concrete outcomes.
